Nov 4, 2025After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitate about using Hallmark. People were writing complaints about the front desk staff not being friendly and scheduling fees not being returned. After doing research on other surgeons outside the valley, I wasn't comfortable driving over the mountain for surgery and the aftercare which would follow, so I scheduled to see doctor Lambert at Hallmark. My first impression was the facility was beautiful and my second impression was the first desk was not welcoming as stated in the reviews (but eventually warmed up). BUT when I finally met Dr Lambert and talk to him and his nurse, I immediately knew I wanted to have my surgery with him. He gave me real expectations on what to expect, he explained what he can do and what he couldn't do in an outpatient setting, and didn't try to rush me or hard sell me procedures I didn't need. Dr. Lambert is very nice, down to earth, and pretty funny doctor which made me feel at ease. After my surgery, he called to check on me later that day, his nurse called on me the following day, and on day three a vase of fresh roses was at my door from him and his staff wishing me a great recovery (WHAT DOCTOR DOES THIS!!!) I am so glad I chose Hallmark.
Now for the people complaining in their reviews:
The front desk staff are NOT doing your surgery AND
your scheduling fee is non-refundable because they need to schedule the anesthesiologist and other staff members to assist with your surgery so don't schedule something you're not prepared for timewise or moneywise.
