Mar 10, 2026In 2019, I underwent a breast reduction performed by a plastic surgeon in Richmond. At the time, I didn’t take the opportunity to thoroughly research my options. Since the procedure was covered by insurance, I felt like my concerns and goals weren’t truly heard, and I didn’t advocate for myself the way I should have. Unfortunately, I was not happy with my results and didn’t feel comfortable returning to that surgeon for any revisions.
Years later, I began working for Dr. Reddy—and everything changed. I was immediately blown away not just by her surgical results, but by the genuine care she provides to each and every patient. She truly listens, takes the time to understand your goals, and offers expert guidance based on what’s best for your body.
It’s an incredible blessing not only to work for such a compassionate and talented surgeon, but also to have had the privilege of having my revision performed by her gifted hands.
