I recently saw Dr. Noorily to get a mole on my face checked out. Like most people, I went in feeling a bit nervous about what it could be. From the moment I checked in to the time I left, the experience was smooth, respectful, and professional.

I was called back almost immediately and found myself sitting with Dr. Noorily within 5 minutes. She did a thorough visual inspection and explained everything clearly - no confusing medical jargon, just straightforward, kind communication. She reassured me that the mole was totally harmless, which put me at ease right away.

Because of my fair complexion, she suggested doing a full skin exam to establish a baseline and check for anything else that might be concerning. She walked me through each step and explained what she was looking at in a way that made sense. Thankfully, everything looked good.

What really stood out was how she handled some minor things she noticed - skin tags on my back and some mild acne. She asked if they bothered me and, when I said no, she said there was no need to treat them unless they ever did. It was so refreshing to hear a doctor take that kind of honest, no-pressure approach. She gave me all the options - including doing nothing - and fully respected my decision.

From start to finish, I was in and out in 45 minutes, with no waiting around. I left with a follow-up scheduled in a few months and a huge sense of relief. Dr. Noorily made me feel completely normal for coming in, was informative without being pushy, and truly treated me like a person - not a checklist.
