Jan 10, 2026Unprofessional. Before I could even schedule an appointment to meet the Doctor, you have to deal with Amy who has no sense of how to properly answer the phone. Instead of your typical professional office greeting when answering the phone, such as “hello, thank you for calling Dr so and so’s office, my name is, how many I help you,” You have unprofessional Amy saying “hello” and waiting for a response. Totally unacceptable and a complete horrible reflection on this office. For that reason I will not be scheduling an appointment if this is the type of unprofessional people who work here.
