I have never written a review like this in my life but this is affecting my personal health and well being. If there was any way to leave 0 stars I would, the way I have experienced complete ignorance is completely unacceptable. I went to this office one single time and was terminated as a patient. Something many practicing physicians in healthcare have never heard of in there decades of practice.
Apparently it is not “my discretion to be notified of why I was terminated as a patient”. They leave me not knowing if my health is in jeopardy or what the reason would be. It is definitely not billing because I have paid my balance in full and currently owe $0.
Then I proceed to call the office staff to make an appointment (they have not been thorough thus far so I thought I would give it a try). I made the appointment, then they wait until I show up in person to the appointment to tell me the same line “I am terminated as a patient and it is not my discretion to be notified why.”
Wow it is like everyone in this office was trained to say the same thing.
When asked if the doctor would at least speak to me about my health during my appointment time, I was told “no”.
This office, Tatiana Pestana and her staff are very disrespectful and unprofessional.
It is concerning I hope this is not common practice of Dr. Tatiana Pestana and her office. This shows a complete disregard for any standard of care.
