Nov 30, 2025I waited over an hour to see Dr. Wong. He came in, started complaining about his schedule, saw that I was there for a sinus issue due to past drug use and said I was the third addict he had seen that day and he felt like a “garbage man.” After basically calling me garbage, he lectured me about how bad drugs are (like I don’t know that. I’ve been sober for years) and held his hand up to shush me every time I tried to speak. When I told him I had to leave (because he made me wait so long) he got angry and said I should’ve “blocked off my whole day for him.” When I left him a bad review, he called me from a blocked number at almost 9 PM to “check in because I was crying during our appointment.” He didn’t apologize, just said he was a “really direct person” and was obviously trying to do damage control after seeing my bad review. I have filed a complaint.
