Dec 11, 2025I would have liked to have been a patient but unfortunately because of my insurance I was denied an appointment. I checked with my insurance to make sure this Dr was a participating provider which they confirmed she was. I called to get set up and asked the receptionist if they were accepting new patients. Her answer was "What's your insurance"? I told her and she immediately said "no we are not". I was quite disappointed. Because I don't have a top of the line insurance I was denied an appointment. It clearly states she IS accepting new patients on my insurance plan website. I find this not only unfair but also very rude. I have an urgent matter and really needed to see a DR.
