Jan 26, 2026Staff was very kind, but the reason for my rating was because I came in to help eliminate/reduce my snoring and was recommended nasal surgery. But with each appointment, the NP kept talking about the surgery helping my breathing, which I said I never really noticed an issue breathing through my nose before. I proceeded to get the surgery in hopes that it would reduce my snoring, and I will say that Dr. Sedwick did amazing and the staff at Creekside Surgery Center all took very good care of me. However, at my 1-month post-op appointment, I mentioned that I did notice a slight difference in being able to breathe through my nose a bit better (but again, breathing was never my issue), but it didn't do anything to help with my snoring (which was the primary reason for getting the surgery) only for the NP to reply that the snoring issue was "neither here nor there". I understood from the beginning that it was not 100% guaranteed that it would completely eliminate my snoring, but to get it just for it to make virtually no difference, and then have to pay around $5k and take an entire week off of work for something just to hear that my initial concern was "neither here nor there" is extremely frustrating.
