I was referred to this place by my dentist for wisdom teeth removal - I called to start the process and they refused to take my insurance information in order to confirm benefit availability, because they have to stay on the phone with my carrier to do so, and they have "other" patients they need to care for.

So basically my option is to book the consultation and HOPE that there are available benefits through my carrier, or else im stuck paying OOP for a consultation.

I've worked in benefits for 20 years and NEVER have I heard such a ridiculous thing from a provider. Ill be calling my carrier to file a formal complaint against this provider for this ridiculous practice.
