Nov 23, 2025DISGUSTING PLACE !! You’d think being cleveland clinic they’d have standards but they don’t. We’ve been waiting for over 45mins I am currently writing this as we are still waiting. All for them to schedule us an appt. So we went to see the doctor once we were done, we were taken to another area TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPT TO GET AN EXAM DONE. WAITING OVER 45MINS TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. And so I kindly approached the desk to notify them that we’ve been waiting for over 40mins TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. They were so nice they went to go check and I over hear one of the ladies say “well they can wait”. Like what?? What kind of system does Cleveland clinic run that you wait over 45mins TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. Are you guys serious? The lady that helped us was nice but this system is so embarrassing for cleveland clinic wow.
