I had explant surgery with Dr. Rankin a week ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the entire experience. I had my implants in for 20 years, so this was a big decision, and I wanted to be in the best hands—and I truly was. From my very first consultation, Dr. Rankin was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain the procedure, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way.

A very special shoutout to Dee Hicks, the explant liaison, who was truly a guiding light throughout this journey. Dee was always available to answer my questions, provide encouragement, and help me feel supported and understood. Her kindness and empathy made such a difference, and I felt like I had a true advocate by my side.

The day of surgery went smoothly, and Dr. Rankin’s entire team was professional, kind, and attentive. The pain level post-op has been minimal, and the recovery has been much easier than I anticipated. His expertise was evident in both the procedure and the beautiful, natural results I now have.
