May 2, 2026Literally run away from this place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Accompanied a family member to their appointment and witnessed the worst physician in the Dallas area. Jacqueline Co is extremely rude, condescending, and impatient. She speaks to you as if you’re suppose to know professional medical terms and also went to medical school. After care instructions for a patient’s cataract surgery was incomplete. She indicated frequency for medication as “4x daily”, but when asking her in what intervals and how many drops at a time she responded “every 2 hours, 1 drop ALWAYS” with a condescending demeanor as if patients are supposed to just magically know. There are many other instances that I could be listing but as seen on other reviews, this should be enough.
Also, there is a dog roaming around freely in between rooms and across the office. As much as we like dogs, this is not sanitary and poses as a potential medical risk in a clinic setting.
