Mar 17, 2026I just finished my Mohs surgery and LOVED my surgeon and all the nurses/med techs!
My previous review is unchanged. The operations staff is superb. Kind, friendly, courteous, and efficient! . My care was super; most especially Dr. “All Cool” (unsure of spelling). Tan, Teresa & all the other medical staff members were the same.
The Dr. had perfect bedside manner; chatted with me and shared a bit of herself as I did. So very relaxing and smooth.
Again, I found the administrative staff generally uninterested in customers. They ignore you unless you interrupt their work. Even then, they don’t stop to hear you but speak with their eyes down and continue their work while “listening.”
Communication is less than adequate. Almost completely by auto text, portal email or other non-personal modes.
If what you care about is exceptional care, this is your place. If you want quick, caring and efficient communication and action from the Administrative side; look elsewhere.
I’ll be staying since I love the medical side so much!
