Mar 31, 2026I had breast reduction surgery with a lift last November by Dr. Nakamura. I can honestly say he and his staff were very nice. During my consultation I let him know exactly what I was wanting done and he agreed. I wanted to be a C cup. He told me it would be something that he could do. After surgery my chest was so tight and it looked to be what I asked for. About 2-3 weeks post surgery my breast fell tremendously. It was almost like I never even had a lift. At my 8 week post of visit (missed my six week due to being out of the state) I asked him why my breast were so huge. He replied he thought they looked amazing and he wanted them to be proportionate with my body. I was really upset because I knew what I had asked for and was very aware about the proportionality of my body.
At 6 months post op I finally got measured for my bra size and I am between a DD and DDD depending on the bra. I was really upset to hear that and feel as if I have wasted my time and money.
