May 31, 2026The front desk ladies are all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately there are nurses there who don’t care for patient health and getting a doctor to see you is impossible. Having an infection of the incision line and letting the nurse know meant nothing. I called again and made another appointment to see Dr Venturi. After 45 minutes I left to head back to work. I drove 1 hour 35 minutes to get to the appointment. No respect for patient time or discomfort of sitting and waiting with a fever and infection.
