I’m going to apologize for the 2 stars first. Although both practitioners I met with on a regular basis were amazing and very informative, there has been no change to my skin at all and I find that very disappointing.
I had every form of laser treatment they had to get rid of the dark spots on my face and more so, I was told that I would most likely need 2 packages, so I bought several of a few and I still have the dark spots. I followed their protocol to the letter, bought the over priced cleansers, toners, and whatnots, I feel very taken advantage of and dare I say a bit scammed.
Here’s why…I would go in for a procedure that I bought a package of and as I’m about to leave, the person at the front desk would said “Ok! Let’s check you out here, that will be $576.37”. “Wait! Why?” This happened every time I came in, then they told me “you bought the packages to get a membership rate, which is only about 3 to 5 dollars off. You have to then pay for the additional units that were used”, I didn’t ask for additional units, I just wanted to see how my face would react initially since I had never had it done before. I highly doubt that my face took that many dollars in units. I think I was being seriously overcharged as well. So, that’s my personal experience and I am happy everyone else is walking around all beautiful, me I still look like a worn out cheetah, I’m considering being Cheetarah from ThunderCats for Halloween
