Mar 7, 2026i went to ghavami several years ago for a rhinoplasty - he left me botched with an inverted v deformity, breathing issues and lumps of visible cartilage or bone? on my nose. I could tell something was off a month after the surgery but when i tried addressing this for months he kept saying it was swelling. Finally he offered i can come into the office for a rasping where he would remove the bumps. This procedure was done while i was still awake, it was incredibly painful and the worst part is i could hear him laughing and joking about my nose and the rasping while i was going through it! it was a horrible experience and showed a lack of empathy and bedside manner. I really regret going to him, he is all marketing (esp his whole ethnic rhino angle), extremely expensive for such a lack of skill and now i am left with a botched rhinoplasty for which i will have to get a revision with someone else.
