No matter how busy his practice was, Dr. Karter made me feel like he had all the time in the world to answer all of my questions.
He never tried to oversell or promise perfection. Instead, he set honest, realistic expectations and emphasized natural results. That honesty gave me so much peace of mind. Once I decided to move forward, he shared his direct contact information and personally checked in after my procedure.
His team is wonderful, too. Erin, his assistant, was my main contact — endlessly patient, responsive, and reassuring. And Sarina, who coordinates scheduling and non-surgical treatments, was always kind and accommodating. Together, they made the whole process smooth and human.
