I first called Dr. Ryan Kunkel's office.
I did not get past "hello" before the woman answering the phone began verbally abusing me.
She was extremely rude and abusive.
She began to target me due to my phone number not beginning with 505 and the fact I said I had surgery out-of-state.
Their welcoming and customer service is horrifying.
BECAUSE I was not aware of the professional relationship between Dr. Loutfy and Dr. Kunkel, I unknowingly called Dr. Loutfy's office.
Whereupon the phone being answered, the same woman responded and became even more abusive.
To make matters worse, this woman then began texting horrifyingly abusive texts back to my phone.
Please be careful attempting to work with these two offices and doctors.
