May 25, 2026I received a text message from ASA saying that there was a special on Dysport for $5/unit. When I arrived at my appointment I was told that the Dysport shipment hadn’t arrived, would I like to receive the same discount for Botox or Xeomin. I had gift cards for Botox so I said I would like that. When I checked out I was not given the discount and instead was charged $14.20/ unit. I feel like they should have called to reschedule my appointment when they knew the shipment wasn’t in and I wasn’t going to receive the discount as advertised.
