We recently visited Dr. Melanie L. Giesler with our baby, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. She did not demonstrate patience or care while examining our child, and we felt rushed and unheard as parents. The communication was poor, and we did not feel supported during the visit.
As parents, we believe that doctors who treat children should show compassion, patience, and reassurance, regardless of race or ethnicity. Sadly, this was lacking during our visit, which left us feeling very dissatisfied. We hope that improvements can be made so that other parents and children receive the quality of care they deserve..
