Dec 24, 2025I canceled two appointments through the portal. They have that option, however, when I called the office to reschedule, the receptionist said, I have 2 no shows. If I miss one more appointment then I will no longer be allowed to be a patient with PCI. I told the receptionist that I canceled my appointments through the portal, the receptionist said, you have to call to cancel. I asked the receptionist then why do they have it in the portal to cancel appointments? The receptionist said, I don't know. This is very deceptive for the patient and not fair that I got 2 dings when I canceled my appointments through the portal and then I get 2 no shows!!!!!!!! Patients be aware!
