My experience with Advance Body Sculpting was positive from the beginning till the end. From patient coordinator to the Doctor, everyone has been professional, kind and made you feel safe. I have to thank Lucy for all of her patience with my constant emails and questions, she never made me feel as if I was a nuisance, she would always reply in a timely manner, excellent communication.

I was naturally super nervous for my procedure but the staff made it so much easier. Anne the CRNA for my case was extremely soothing, such a kind smile and definitely helped with my anxiety. Even after the procedure she was right there to help me even with the tedious things. I want to thank Makayla as well, her energy and presence was very peaceful, from my pre-op appointment to the day of my procedure she was very professional and always smiling. Sometimes you can tell when people give you the “customer service” smile, hers was genuine. I was a little embarrassed during my pre-op visit and she really made me feel comfortable after I told her what I was embarrassed about. Big thank you to Tara! She helped with my post-op visits and from the second I met her I felt like I knew her for years. She definitely gives “homegirl” vibes, she talks to you like a real person, not a “patient”. She made me laugh, kept it real and made me feel understood and seen. Literally seconds into meeting her I felt like I could “sit” and talk to her all day. She answered all questions and gave us great advice, definitely great energy.

Now to the man who made my dreams come true. Thank you Dr. Mark Lowney!!!!! For YEARS, I’ve wanted this procedure, I am from FL and went to Fall River MA just so Dr.Lowney can do my procedure, his work is art. When I first met him, his entire presence was wholesome, I instantly trusted him, his smile was genuine and kind.
The best experience was when Dr Lowney prayed with my mom and I,for a safe procedure, a safe healing. I LOVE HIM. . He called me the same evening of my procedure to check on me. You can tell Dr. Lowney, loves his job, he is amazing and I will travel over and over again to Fall River if I ever need any other work done. During the post op visits the moments with the Dr. and Tara was very “human” if that makes sense. In healthcare most of the times patients are seen just as “patients,” not with them, its a wholesome, trusting environment. Overall my experience with the entire staff has been great, everyone has shown nothing less than compassion. Knowing Dr.Lowney and his team is a phone call away makes it an easier healing process. I would definitely recommend anyone to Advanced Body Sculpting of New England. Dr.Lowney and his entire team creates such a warm, welcoming safe space.
