Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish

I recently had a breast revision and lift after discovering a full rupture in my silicone implant, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Before finding them, I met with surgeons from Mercy and Johns Hopkins. While the surgeons themselves were wonderful, the scheduling was extremely difficult and I just never felt fully comfortable moving forward with either option. That all changed the moment I reached out to Columbia Aesthetic.

From my very first phone call with their office, the experience was on an entirely different level. Every single person I interacted with—from the front desk to billing to the surgical team—was kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me. Nothing felt rushed or brushed off.

One of the biggest advantages was that their surgery center is right on-site. It made everything so convenient and streamlined, and it eliminated so much of the stress that usually comes with hospital-based procedures. The anesthesia experience was also incredibly smooth — I had very minimal symptoms afterward and felt “human” again so quickly, which speaks volumes about the quality of care and expertise of their team.

Dr. Chang was exceptional. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain my options, and help me feel understood. I felt completely confident in his recommendations and trusted him fully with my revision and lift. Today was my surgery, and I am beyond grateful for the level of care, professionalism, and skill that went into every step of this process.

If you are considering any type of breast surgery or revision, I cannot recommend Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery enough. They made a very stressful situation feel manageable, and gave me back not only peace of mind—but confidence in the outcome. I’m so thankful I chose them.
