I had both a primary and a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Watamull, and overall, I would not recommend him or his clinic.

From the start, the staff and environment felt very sales-driven and pushy, it was clear this was more of a business transaction to them than a focus on patient care. I felt pressured into making decisions quickly, and when I had valid questions or concerns, they were often dismissed or brushed off.

After my first surgery, I was left with underwhelming cosmetic results and significant functional issues, breathing was still a problem, and I didn’t feel truly listened to. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned for a revision, hoping for better communication and results. Unfortunately, I walked away from that with the same concerns unresolved.

Every visit felt cold and rushed. There was little empathy or transparency. I was even met with attitude when trying to advocate for myself or ask for clarification on procedures or results. There was no sense of accountability, just a constant push to keep coming back and spending more.

Bottom line: If you’re considering rhinoplasty, especially if it’s your first, do your research and find a surgeon who genuinely prioritizes patient outcomes and care. I wish I had gone with someone who saw me as more than a number and took the time to get things right the first time.
