I recently contacted Dr. Handal to request a laser treatment for a facial scar. Since I’m traveling overseas for Christmas, I was hoping to have the procedure done beforehand. He immediately reassured me, saying, “No problem—come in and I’ll fit you in.”
I visited the office three days later and was welcomed with genuine warmth. My appointment was around noon, and afterward I was even invited to join the staff for lunch and coffee a gesture that truly reflects the caring environment they’ve created.
Later in the day, Dr. Handal performed the laser treatment. The procedure was completely painless and surprisingly quick. I was amazed by the immediate improvement; I didn’t expect the scar to smooth out so dramatically right away. A few days later, now that the redness has subsided, I’m even more impressed with the results.
During the same visit, I also received Botox injections in my masseter muscle for TMJ. That procedure was equally smooth, comfortable, and expertly performed.
I’ve had several treatments and surgical procedures done in this office, and each experience has reinforced my trust in Dr. Handal. He is deeply passionate about his work and consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. I wouldn’t let anyone else work on my face, his skill truly sets him apart.
