I recently had the TRL and ProFractional laser by Sciton at Charlotte Plastic Surgery with Brooke, and I am so grateful for the experience.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and professional. Brooke took extra time to explain the differences between laser options and guided me toward the TRL, which is more effective for women my age. I had previously tried the Halo, but it was not the right choice for my skin concerns. I appreciated Brooke’s honesty and her willingness to walk me through the process with care.

I was surprised that the TRL treatment wasn’t as painful as I expected. The healing process does take time — redness and peeling are normal — but even before I was fully healed, I could already see my pores shrinking and fine lines softening. I only wish I had done this years ago, but I’m thrilled with the results and more confident about my skin.

Brooke’s manner was professional, friendly, and nurturing. She checked on me throughout the procedure and gave clear aftercare instructions so I knew exactly how to get the best results. Her knowledge and kindness made me feel cared for every step of the way.

I am saving up for a mini lift now because this experience has given me the confidence to invest in myself again. I’ve earned every laugh line in my life — I just don’t want to see them on my face! Colleen M
