Worked with Dawn in billing. She is quite rude and has a less than stellar attitude. This procedure was paid for in full, yet almost a month later the office submits a bill for office visits and tests that should have already been paid for by payments submitted at the time of the procedure. Dawn kept repeating the same phrase when asked for an explanation, and was offered no sensible explanation. Poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Will certainly not be recommending this office!
