May 1, 2026I’ve been a loyal patient for five years and always had a great experience until recently. After being switched to a new provider, I haven’t felt the same level of care. At my follow-up, I tried to express a clear concern about an asymmetry in my treatment that was important to me, and instead of feeling heard or reassured, I left feeling dismissed and very uncomfortable. I even ended up walking out of my appointment because I didn’t feel confident letting this provider inject me again. I wanted to share this because I care about the clinic and my experience up to this point has always been positive. I’m kind of at a loss. I just want high-level and quality care, the same I provide to my clients.
