I just had an absolutely excellent experience with Dr Van Beck and her staff. I was having problems breathing through my nose and was referred to them for a consult about six months ago. I was nervous because I’d never had major surgery before, and they were going to have to do some complex stuff to fix the issue.

I think with any other doctor, I would have chickened out from nerves and not gotten the surgery, just because of my own anxiety. But Dr Van Beck and Samantha did an excellent job answering all my questions in a timely manner and never making me feel like my questions were silly, which I think speaks to an excellent bedside manner. I always felt comfortable asking any question I needed, and that made it possible to have a smooth recovery and minimal anxiety about the whole thing.

They also got me in quickly for both the consult and the surgery, and made sure I was healing well every step of the way. They communicated clearly and quickly and always got back to me same day when I had questions, both before and after the surgery, which made the process SO much easier than I was expecting!

I’m about a month post surgery now, and I’m super happy with the results. I can breathe a lot better already, and everything went as smoothly as I can imagine a major surgery going.

At any rate, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Van Beck and her staff. They were fantastic professionals every step of the way, and I’m so grateful I can breathe better now! Their office staff was great too, and the clinic is clean and comfortable. Hopefully I don’t need surgery again in the future, but I’ll come here again if I do :)
