From the moment I walked into Dr. Ben Talei’s office, I knew I was in the best hands. He greeted me with a warm hug and his kind smile, and together with his incredible head nurse, Esther, and Veronica in the financial department—who was so helpful—they immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Talei’s knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and truly golden hands gave me something priceless—my face back. His postoperative instructions were like a bible, covering every little detail to ensure a perfect recovery. After surgery, I was even welcomed with beautiful flowers waiting for me in the room—just one example of the thoughtfulness that makes him and his team so special.

After a so-called “great” Beverly Hills doctor had unfortunately left me disfigured, I had lost hope that I would ever look in the mirror and recognize myself again. But after Dr. Talei’s surgery, I began to see me right away—only 10 to 15 years younger!

He is such a special doctor—truly in a category all by himself. I cannot put into words the depth of my gratitude. Dr. Talei and his amazing staff not only restored my appearance, but also helped me regain my confidence and joy.
