I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I had to follow up to received my quote after it was promised by Molly at a certain time. Now that it’s time to plan the date, I notice my quote had the wrong doctor’s name on it. I had to do another follow up and unfortunately I received no response. It seems that once payment and visit was done, my follow up questions were no longer a priority. I’ve moved on from them.
