Rule No. 1: NEVER YELL AT YOUR PATIENTS. Dr. Raab suggested a cream that he stores with him at his office. I simply told him that I would rather have this medication picked up at my pharmacy because my insurance would pay for it. The minute he heard that, he started yelling that he will not waste his time in prior authorization if the pharmacy requests one. Note to Dr. Raab: Please bear in mind that we pay thousands of dollars to be insured, specially in cases like this. It is your job to provide prior authorization if you are requested one. I am not going to pay my insurance and you at the same time for a single prescription. I am overall saddened by the way Dr. Raab behaved. This is simply not the way to talk to patients. Such a disappointment. I will never visit him again!
