Mar 19, 2026I am going to toss in a mixed review. Here is why. Waiting well that happens. The staff is very kind. Here is my mixed review. One doctor was terrible and one was wonderful and I saw both for the same reason. I went in with a referral from an ENT due to collapsed nasal valves and initially saw Dr. Duffy; he was abrupt, brash, hasty, and took zero time explaining nothing and did not do an exam. He in fact wouldn't do a procedure stating I needed turbinate reduction based on a CT result. 2 ENTs did not see the same thing Dr. Duffy did, nor did the CT report. I however went and had turbinate reduction along with Latera implants to try and correct the collapsed nasal valve problem and had very minimal results. My ENT referred me back to Premier and I refused to see Dr. Duffy again. Thankfully I was able.to see the amazing Dr. Hu. He looked at the original CT scan and saw nothing wrong with my turbinates either. Dr. Hu was attentive, he listened to me, he even examined me quite thoroughly. He is a very good doctor. I am absolutely going back to see Dr. Hu and having him take care of me.and without a doubt would refer Dr.Hu to any patient who wants a doctor/surgeon who makes you feel heard.
