Mar 26, 2026Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Dr.Abramson and would caution customers to seriously consider these results before proceeding. I went to Dr.Abramson for an elective rhinoplasty. I had a previous rhinoplasty 15 years earlier with excellent results but that doctor had since retired. I simply wanted a touch up. Instead Dr.Abramson added so much cartilage to the end of my nose it is now larger than when he started!! Most certainly not the results I had expected from him. When I expressed my concerns he offered to do a second surgery but unfortunately the results were no better. I now have a nose larger and rounder than we started. I have been to several top doctors who have explained that too much ear cartilage was used and a revision would be required to fix these unattractive results. I have reached out to Dr.Abramson to explain my concerns but have not heard back from him. In fact, at my post op following the second surgery he said that would be the last time he it needed to see me. This was very surprising and I would caution you to look for a doctor more concerned with results.
