Do not even try to book an appointment here. I’m not sure what their issue is but you will only be seen if you have certain conditions. I guess if you have a chronic medical condition like mine—insurance would pay versus something like plastic surgery. I use to go to an ophthalmologic plastic surgeon in Houston for this issue and was taken seriously. The receptionist is rude and dismissive. She makes it seem as if my condition isn’t valid and states I can be seen in August. I would suggest calling an office that treats all patients equally and not basing your appointment timeframe on your medical condition.
