When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told I didn’t have one—even though I had received a confirmation. After showing them the confirmation and waiting, I eventually saw a nurse practitioner instead of the practicing dermatologist, something I was never informed about beforehand. I had come in specifically for my annual full skin check, yet the exam felt rushed and incomplete. As someone with many moles, I expected a thorough check and at least a look at each of the moles, but that simply didn’t happen I was just brushed off and told everything is fine.

On top of that, I was offered a free consultation for scar treatment. However, when I later called to schedule it, I was told I would be charged. I don’t expect anything for free, but if a practice makes an offer, they should stand behind it.

Overall, the lack of communication, incomplete care, and failure to follow through on their own commitments left me very dissatisfied. I hope this feedback helps the office improve, but as a patient, I left feeling dismissed and not taken seriously.
