When you look at these reviews, pay attention to dates.
When I first got my referral to this place, the reviews were awful. I didn't even call to schedule an appointment. 4 ish months after I got the referral, I got a call from the office to schedule my appointment and I kind of chuckled and told them that they called after that long. When I asked who the doctor that I'd be seeing, they said Dr. Lance. He was not in any of the reviews yet because he was new. I decided to go through with the appointment. I was hesitant because I had my first breast reduction in Georgia, and it was a horrible experience.
The first appointment went absolutely great. Dr. Lance and his staff were incredibly nice and made me feel very comfortable, which is actually a really hard thing to do for me. He listened and noticed everything that I wanted fixed, and it made me feel confident in him.
We had some problems with my insurance. That was no fault to this office. Michael Padilla was so good at helping me and giving me all the info i needed. I appealed it, and it got approved. We immediately set up the surgery date.
Surgery went SO GOOD! I felt amazing after. Of course it's surgery so I was in pain, but it was controlled and tolerable. The staff was very friendly and comforted me when I was feeling nervous.
I had a lot more follow ups then I was expecting, but I was honestly excited to go. Have to give a shout out to Surraya Burkard! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I wish I could remember each name the staff that helped me because every single person I had an interaction with was fantastic.
I can not say enough good about this place. I'm so happy with my results and so happy with the staff. I have told people out of state that they are worth the trip! Thank y'all so much.❤️
