May 31, 2026I’m not usually a big review person, but Dr. Babak Moein was great. I had gynecomastia surgery with him. I work out every day and I'm in very good shape; I’m around 10% body fat, so he said we just need to remove the glands—no lipo or skin removal. I could stay awake during the procedure. He did advise that there could be a tiny bit of loose skin on one side, but he thought less was more. So even though I’m fit, I developed gynecomastia from years of using testosterone and finally wanted it removed.
The process was super easy, and everyone at the office is really nice. The surgery went great; I’m about 10 days post-op. I had a small concern that there might still be some gland on one side, as it still feels like it. I texted the doctor because he gives you his cell number, and I figured he’d respond on Monday. However, he texted right back and said to come in on Monday. I went in, and he said it was too early to tell—it could be some gland or just swelling. He told me to come back in two months, and if it's still there, we’ll schedule you in six months to take it out, of course, at no charge again.
Overall, I highly recommend him as a super chill guy and a great surgeon.
