I've been a patient here for a year and I have to say, the level of care and attention I have received outweighs the $250 admin fee. I understand it's not something everyone can be down with, but after having a very base level of care with other gynos, it's something I will pay to continue being a patient here.

I had to get an MRI done to take a look at my fibroids and everything else going on down there and at first, my insurance approved it, but I was out of state during the approval window my insurance company gave. So that approval expired. When I finally got back in town, we tried to get a new approval. Big surprise, my insurance company denied it. They denied it 2 more times, but Dr. Rodriguez's office was PERSISTENT and they kept on it and got it DONE!!!!! I am so thankful to them for their energy and keeping their "eyes on the prize"! I've NEVER had another doctor's office be this way.

Sylvia Chen is the best...she does my annuals and goes through everything with me and explains everything and is more than happy to stay and answer questions...there is never a feeling of being rushed.
The sonographer is also awesome...she put me at ease during my pelvic ultrasounds.

I had a surgical consult with Dr. Rodriguez because my uterus is just riddled with fibroids and she was the absolute best. So kind and caring and presented me with the options available and helped me to understand each one so that I could decide what is best for me and my comfort level. She also cleared up A LOT of questions for me regarding specific procedures and I walked away with clarity AND peace of mind.

Seriously...the bedside manner and positive attitudes of the doctors, nurses, medical assistants and admin staff is above and beyond of any practice I've ever experienced. So thankful they are here and I know they have my back...and nether regions. ;)
