I paid for a surgical procedure with a specific provider and completed every requirement asked of me, including labs and medical documentation. My lab results were within normal range. Despite fulfilling all pre-operative requirements, I was not cleared for surgery.

When I requested clarification and documentation from the surgeon explaining the decision, I was repeatedly told it was “at the doctor’s discretion.” Later, I was informed that my PCP did not clear me, which conflicted with the documentation I had already provided.

When I requested a refund for services not rendered, my request was denied. Instead, I received multiple phone calls suggesting that I switch to another doctor. I declined. I had already experienced provider changes and did not feel comfortable proceeding under those circumstances.

I entered into a contract and paid for services to be performed by a specific provider. When those services were not rendered and a refund was refused, I considered this to be a breach of contract.

Due to the lack of transparency and refusal to return funds for services not provided, I filed formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and the Florida Department of Health. I am also pursuing recovery of my funds through additional legal channels.

This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering this clinic to thoroughly review contracts, refund policies, and clearance procedures before making a financial commitment.
