Mar 16, 2026I had my consultation with Darlene 2 weeks ago. There were some issues she needed to talk to Dr. Park with before being able to schedule me to see him I guess. Darlene said she would email the next day to see what he said. By Friday I just sent her an email to ask if she were able to speak with him. No Reply. That Saturday or Sunday I got an autogenerated email from her telling me how excited they were and to let them know if I want to schedule surgery. I responded to that email as well. Now it’s two weeks later and still no word.
To me, if I’m not even worth the time to contact like I was told I would be, then they are not trustworthy enough to perform tens of thousands of dollars of surgery on me that I was going to self pay. I never even got to meet Dr. Park; he may be a wonderful surgeon. I wouldn’t know because I was ignored and not worth Darlene’s time to follow up with as promised. Dr. Koehler is getting my business instead. He’s kept his word.
