May 19, 2024This is the poorest operated dermatology office in the city of Indianapolis. Starting with the front desk reception of which if you continue reading the other reviews you will hear much more about. She is extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills and that starts at the top. Dr. Obeime himself was extremely rude on my second visit and essentially blamed it on the fact that the patient prior to me kept “asking” questions as if they were not allowed to do so. He then proceeded to give me poor service with quick and sarcastic responses and told me that I could leave and go see someone else if I wanted. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. I told him I had waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and was now late for work but still wanted my questions answered and he turned and sarcastically said ...”I thought you were late for work” ...and shook my hand and left the room. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS.
