Oct 23, 2024SchedulING dept sucks. Called 4 times today, transferred to scheduling dept and then placed on hold apparently forever. On 5th call got a voicemail to call back. PATHETIC service.
follow up. I scheduled laser treatment. they called and left me a message to call them. it took me 4 days of repeated attempts to get an appointment scheduled and if only happened after I called and refused to ve put in their nurse voicemail box the last time. often they are way behind in appointments. today 10.24.18 I had a 950 appointment scheduled. they finally called me at 1020 only after I checked with the front desk.
the excuse was that they were "doing other things".
