Nov 22, 2024Went in for cyst removal, was told to come back in two weeks to let the swelling go down. Was charged a $30 copay. Went back to have it removed, and am left with two bumps on my neck that look like pimples. Not pleased with this. While in there asked about a tiny spot on my arm. Was told sure, she could take a peek at it. Dr. Kyle took a second to look at it. Get a bill 30 days letter for another copay. Told by the office manager its because the Dr. looked at the spot on my arm so they had to charge me another copay because of how it was coded through Insurance. I let the office manager know this was ridiculous said my thank yous and goodbye and the office manager replied back with whatever and hung the phone up. Pretty professional right! We wont go back.
