I had originally made an appointment with another dermatologist. However, since Dr Kyle had availability sooner, I figured I would give her a try instead. I was really desperate for a solution to my skin issues. On my first visit, she seemed a bit unsure of exactly how to treat the problem. She prescribed exactly what I expected. It helped a tiny bit but didn't fix the problem. On my follow up visit, was surprised to find my appointment was not with her but with a nurse that I never spoke to and who knew nothing about what was going on. I disagreed with her recommendations, but she took a picture and showed Dr Kyle (who I never saw that visit) and says she (Dr Kyle) agreed with her recommendation. Sure enough, it didn't help at all and was another incorrect diagnosis.
Now I wish I had kept my original appointment. If I had, I might have had a real solution by now. :-(
