My experience was absolutely 100% positive. I had done a lot of research – for probably 2-3 years – before contacting Dr. Loftus. I was very serious about undergoing surgery and I had literally more than 50 questions for Dr. Loftus during my visits with her. I was so impressed with her attentiveness and that she took all the time needed to fully answer my questions. She was very fact based and driven to be honest and candid about her responses. This was truly appreciated and also reflected her capability and confidence to work with patients to deliver a realistic and successful outcome. My procedure was completed on a very sensitive area, and to address a personally embarrassing body feature. I was put at ease by Dr. Loftus and her team – from scheduling, consultation, & through the procedure. The staff all worked to ensure I was well informed and well prepared in advance of the procedure and I was well prepped for recovery as well. Nothing was overlooked and the procedure occurred according to plan. My follow up appointments, calls, and overall healing were monitored by the staff and I never felt alone or without support throughout the process. I have such a high regard for this team, and especially for Dr. Loftus. She has surgically and artfully corrected my area of concern and given me physical relief, comfort, and improved self esteem.
