I was referred to him by my primary care doctor and was told that his office would call me to make an appointment, weeks went by and nobody called me. I then called the office and the lady I spoke with told me at first that they didn’t make appointments that my primary doctor had to call, after I explained that I had a referral she then made an appointment for me for today (10-12). I was very excited and looking forward to this appointment.
I received a call from his office yesterday, only one day before my appointment and was told that they were canceling my appointment because the girl I spoke with made a mistake in how she made my appointment, they felt this was a cosmetic procedure and wouldn’t be covered by my insurance (without even letting the doctor see me first to determine this). She then told me that I had to wait until November to be seen. I was highly upset. I already waited a month to see him. This office is disorganized and very unprofessional. Only considered going here after my doctor insisted. I am going elsewhere.
