I don't post reviews too often but this needs to be said. My mom went to Dr. Maxwell for a facelift a few years back, she never told me about her experience until a few days ago and I wanted to cry.
My mom used her retirement money for this. It has been something she has wanted to do for a long time and she finally got a chance to do it.
She went in and said Dr. Maxwell was so kind and courteous... until she went in for the surgery.
My mom was already nervous, and Dr. Maxwell ignored her, and acted like she didn't even want to be there and what made it worse was my mom woke up to the night nurse from hell, she was rough with my Mom. She had tubes coming out from her neck and this night nurse would rub them to help "scar tissue from forming" but did it so rough my mom wanted to cry. She was rude and inconsiderate. She would "show" my mom how to drain her tubes but would do it at a low angle so my mom couldn't see it and get upset when my mom asked her to repeat it or show her again. My Mom is also a breast cancer survivor and they even started talking to her about her scarring on her chest and back. They shouldn't have even been looking at her scars in the first place. This was a FACE LIFT. They completely crossed the line!

And to make matters worse, they did a half a** job.
She feels her face is drooping, one eye lid is sagging, and her cheeks are falling back to where they once were. She is so upset with the work this woman has done, it was not done properly and how she was treated it makes my blood boil.
She trusted you. She used EVERYTHING she had to get this surgery and just wanted to feel beautiful and you ruined it for her. SHAME ON YOU.
I would never recommend her to anyone ever again.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Be careful with this one!
