Terrible experience. Office staff are not trained on how to handle billing and standard office procedure. I worked with them for months to obtain the proper referral to make an appointment. I was informed that was received and we made the appointment which took another 2 months. A few days before the appointment, I receive a confirm text, which I followed the steps and confirmed. Then, the day before the appointment I receive another text informing me the appointment was cancelled because I did not fill out new client paperwork. I go online to locate said paperwork and cannot locate anything on their website. So, I call the office and get their voicemail, leave a message. No return call. I call again the morning of the appointment , we have waited 2 months for, and I am hung up on twice. I call the nurse and she puts me through to Kalyee who informs me they cannot see me because I have medicaid and they do not want to accept it even after obtaining proper referral and I did not submit my insurance information however that was never requested until the appointment was cancelled. Either they are highly incompetent or terrible people. Either way I would never refer them. I will be filing a complaint. Everyone should have access to proper care regardless of insurance carrier.

On a side note, I am telling people at work what is happening and my co-worker informs me she went there a few years ago for a skin condition and was told it was psychological and referred to psychiatrist. Only to find out recently that is was diabetes. So apparently the doctors are not any more knowledgable than their staff.
